Pride

    Diversity and inclusion are important cornerstones at Avinor. If we are to work on a societal mission for all of Norway, we must also reflect the entire society. In 2023, the Pride campaign from Avinor starts already in May – because for us, it's Pride all year round, regardless of celebrations.

    Flemming's Story

    When Flemming Berthelsen started at Avinor 16 years ago, he had to endure comments about the way he was. A lot has happened in Avinor since then, and today we are well on our way to becoming the colorful organization we wish to be.
