Admission requirements

To be considered for the entrance exams, all of the following requirements must be met:

• Age requirement – you must be at least 19 years old as of January 1 of the application year.
  
  
• General university admission certification with an average grade from upper secondary school of 4.0 or higher.
  
  All grades on the diploma count. No additional points, age points, or similar are included.

  Applicants with education from abroad will be evaluated based on criteria provided by Samordna opptak.
  
  
• Fluent oral and written Norwegian. You must document Norwegian language skills from upper secondary school with a minimum grade of 3.
  Applicants with diplomas from abroad must have passed the Norwegian CEFR language test at a minimum level of B2.
  
  
• Good English skills. You must document English language skills from upper secondary school with a minimum grade of 3.
  
  Applicants with diplomas from abroad will be evaluated based on criteria provided by Samordna opptak.
  
  
• Security clearance – must meet security clearance requirements, minimum level CONFIDENTIAL.
